As we are a new company we are offering FREE DELIVERY on all our items for the first 3 months so we can show you the service and quality we can supply and help build our trust with our customers. After this the below delivery charges will take effect.

Small Items – such as drill bits are sent by royal mail recorded delivery at a cost of £3.00 Anywhere in the UK.

Medium Sized Items – all our medium sized items are sent by royal mail 48 tracked as standard at a cost of £3.70 for mainland UK. Surcharges apply to the below areas:

Large Items – all our large items are sent by parcel force 48 hour tracked service at a cost of £9.99 for mainland UK. Surcharges apply to the below Areas:

When will you deliver?

We aim to keep all of the products listed on our website in stock and Over 90% of orders are dispatched for delivery next working day. But please allow up to 4 days for standard delivery (England wales and central Scotland only). Occasionally if we are awaiting stock of an item delivery may be extended by a few days, if delivery of your order is going to be delayed longer than this one of our customer service staff will contact you to advise of the delay and where possible offer an alternative or a refund.

I need it quick what should I do?

If you need your order quickly simply place the order online as normal then call our customer service team on 0114 349 3625 quoting your order ID number and we will prioritize your order were possible. There is no additional charge for next working day delivery when we can provide it. (not available for postal deliveries).

Can I specify a time for delivery

Unfortunately due to the size and weight of some of our orders we are unable to offer timed delivery slots, deliveries are made between 08.00 and 17.30 Monday to Saturday by royal mail.
